1. The service

DoctorCare.bd provides (a) an AI-assisted food calorie estimation tool, BMI and calorie calculators for registered subscribers, and (b) a booking service for online doctor consultations held by WhatsApp video call.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

You must provide correct information. A subscription gives access for the period you paid for (monthly or yearly). When it ends you must renew to scan food photos. Prices may change; the price you see at payment is the price you pay.

3. Calorie estimates are not medical advice

Calorie and nutrition values are AI estimates from a photo and can be wrong. They are for general information only. Daily calorie limits are general guidance. Consult a doctor before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, under 18, diabetic or have any medical condition.

4. Online doctor consultation

Consultations are for non-emergency problems. In an emergency go to the nearest hospital or call 999. After payment a doctor will call you on the WhatsApp number you provide; you are responsible for entering a correct number and being reachable. Prescriptions are issued at the doctor's own professional judgement.

5. Payments

Payments are made through bKash. We do not store your bKash PIN or wallet credentials.

6. Affiliate program

Affiliates earn commission only for genuine paid registrations or doctor bookings made through their link. Self-referrals, fake sign-ups, spam and misleading claims are prohibited and may lead to loss of commission and account suspension. Withdrawals are processed manually after a request.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, upload unlawful images, or attempt to disrupt the website.
