Information we collect

• Account data: mobile number, optional name, date of birth, gender, height, weight and target weight.
• Food photos you upload and the nutrition results.
• Doctor booking details: patient name, WhatsApp number, age, gender and health problem.
• Payment references (transaction ID, amount). We never see your bKash PIN.
• Technical data such as IP address and device information for security.

How we use it

To provide the service, calculate your BMI and calorie limits, process payments, connect you with a doctor, prevent fraud and improve the website.

Sharing

Food photos are sent to Google Gemini for analysis. Doctor booking details are shared with the doctor who handles your case. Payment is processed by bKash. We do not sell your personal data.

Security and retention

Passwords are stored encrypted (hashed). We keep your data while your account is active and as required by law. You may ask us to delete your account and data by contacting hello@doctorcare.bd.
